All UPS options: Ground and Expedited Deliveries
We offer all domestic clients the option of signing for US Postal deliveries at no charge.
If you live in an apartment or condominium, a signature will be required due to the large number of lost and stolen packages to unit-addresses.
If the package shows a confirmed delivery to the shipping address you provided, and you did not select to sign for the package. we will not be responsible for theft, US Postal Service errors, or other losses. All clients receive an email, listing your shipping information, at the time the shipping label is created.
In cases where your package is unclaimed and rerouted back to us, you are responsible for reshipping charges. If you are unwilling to pay for a reshipment, the products will be returned to our inventory and your credit card will be credited, minus the shipping fees of the original shipment. A restocking fee will also be assessed.
