Our business hours are 9:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday. Orders are typically filled within 24-48 hours of order receipt. However, during high volume periods, it may take 72 hours to get your order processed and shipped, so please be patient. We often have our products featured on national television and when demand is high, it will take us a bit longer to get your order shipped. Orders received after 11 a.m. on Friday, will be shipped the next business day (Monday). Domestic clients are offered the following shipping options: - USPS (United States Postal Priority Mail w/delivery confirmation)
- Federal Express
(delivery time is dependent upon service chosen: Express (3 day), 2nd Day or Overnight.) - Federal Express works on a weekday schedule....Monday through Friday. Please be aware that orders placed for Federal Express Overnight and 2 Day Air deliveries will deliver on the next *business* day. Saturday delivery is optional, and not available in all areas. Additionally, it is more expensive. If you desire a Saturday delivery, please place your order by phone.
We offer all domestic clients the option of signing for US Postal deliveries at no charge:
If the package shows a confirmed delivery to the shipping address you provided, and you did not select to sign for the package. we will not be responsible for theft, US Postal Service errors, or other losses. All clients receive an email, listing your shipping information, at the time the shipping label is created.
In cases where your package is unclaimed and rerouted back to us, you are responsible for reshipping charges. If you are unwilling to pay for a reshipment, the products will be returned to our inventory and your credit card will be credited, minus the shipping fees of the original shipment. A restocking fee will also be assessed. Fed Ex shipments that are returned to us, cost us the return shipping charges, in addition to the original ones....a round-trip ticket, so to speak. These charges will be deducted from any refunds owed to you.
International Shipments:
You are responsible for duties or taxes associated with the delivery of your package. The delivering agent....UPS, Federal Express, or the agent providing delivery service for US Postal Shipments may charge brokerage fees in order to deliver your package. Again, we are not responsible for these fees, nor are we able to calculate them for you. We do not benefit in any way from these fees. They are kept by the government allowing the import, and by the delivering agent. International orders that are "refused" or "unclaimed" will be assessed not only the original shipping charges, but also the reshipping back to us. Federal Express and UPS both assess return shipping, thus the double charge. USPS First Class International Letter shipments have no tracking and do not offer a signature option. Please do not check "yes" for signature on this shipping method. See further explanation below. While we are happy to offer you the option of less expensive shipping via First Class International Letter, Air Parcel Post, Global Express Mail, and other US Postal Services, these shipping methods do *not* offer tracking. Further, these shipping methods do not provide the option of signing for your package. If there would be a problem with the delivery of your package, there would be no way for us to find it, nor to recover our product costs of lost goods. Thus, if you choose to ship via a method that does not provide tracking and signature, you agree to hold Makeup Artist's Choice harmless for those packages. We urge clients to ship via Fed Ex. Fed Ex offers full tracking services with insurance included in the cost of your shipping fees.
