Orders are typically filled within 24-48 hours of order receipt.
However, during high volume periods, it may take 72 hours
to get your order processed and shipped.
PLEASE BE PATIENT DURING THE CHRISTMAS SEASON. WE CLOSE FOR THE
HOLIDAYS. SCHEDULED CLOSINGS WILL BE POSTED ON OUR HOME PAGE. If you ordered within
24 hours of a posted closing, your order may not go out until the next business day we reopen.
Additionally... We often have our products featured on national television and
when demand is high, it will take us a bit longer to get your order shipped.
Orders received after 11 a.m. on Friday, will be shipped the next business day (Monday).
With the exception of Christmas, most orders ship within 24 hours of receipt.

We offer all domestic clients the option of signing for US Postal deliveries at no charge:
If the package shows a confirmed delivery to the shipping address you provided, and you did not select to sign for the package. we will not be responsible for theft, US Postal Service errors, or other losses. All clients receive an email, listing your shipping information, at the time the shipping label is created.
In cases where your package is unclaimed and rerouted back to us, you are responsible for reshipping charges. If you are unwilling to pay for a reshipment, the products will be returned to our inventory and your credit card will be credited, minus the shipping fees of the original shipment. A restocking fee will also be assessed.
