Our eyeliner gel is highly pigmented, long-wearing, waterproof and smudgeproof.
Glides on beautifully with a lining brush.
These are *not* soft gels.........these are very densely formulated. The surface of the gel will be hard, so glide your brush across the surface to load the brush with color.
Make sure you are using the product on clean skin. If your eyelids are oily, do a light dusting with a setting powder. Then, line the eye and
allow the product to dry. It will go-on as a cream, but it will dry as a smudgeproof, waterproof product. Allowing it to dry properly will ensure long wear.

4 gr glass jar - black top
Be sure to keep tightly closed, to avoid having the product dry-out.
