Makeup Artist's Choice does not share, sell or trade client information. Your privacy is important to us. Rest assured that information sent to us is used solely for the purpose of order fulfillment. 

Damage or Defects

Damaged or defective goods must be reported to us within 48 hours of order receipt.  We will send you a return receipt to have the damaged item sent back to us, and replace it for you at our cost, provided the problem is reported to us within this time frame.   

Return Policy

Samples for most products are available for-sale on our website. We urge you to order sample sizes for testing purposes. If you do not see a sample of the product you wish to sample for sale on-line, please write us for more information and we'll do our best to create one for you.  We do not refund on sample sizes.

If you receive a defective product, it must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.

If you are having a problem with a product, please write us within 30 days of purchase at [email protected].  

**A 15% restocking fee will be charged on orders that have been refused or unclaimed, as well as for clients requesting entire-order returns.** 

All returns *must* be issued a Return Authorization Number within the first 30 days after purchase. Please write [email protected] if you wish to return an unopened, unused item to us. We DO NOT TAKE RETURNS ON EMPTY BOTTLES/JARS.

Returns received in poor condition, i.e. leaking, broken, etc., are not eligible for a refund. Please take care in packing items authorized for return. Please pack items for return in a box....not an ensure safe delivery. 

Original shipping charges to ship the package to you are non-refundable unless there was a product defect.

The address information you provide to us is copied directly into our shipping software. Thus, please check your order submissions carefully. We will not be held responsible for the inevitable consequences resulting from address, zip code, and other shipping-information errors made by the client.

California Proposition 65:  We are exempt per CA Health and Safety Code, action 25249.11(b).  However, for clarity, we are providing clients with the following information: Trichloraecetic Acid II.A.2  HUMAN CARCNOGENICITY DATA:  None. There are no epidemiological studies of TCA carcinogenicity in humans.  Read entire profile on Government website.  There are no studies of TCA in humans.  In animals, the scope of carcinogenicity testing has been limited.  The only lifetime studies (104 weeks) are of TCA administered in drinking water to male F344/N rats and to male B6C3F1 mice.  TCA did not induce tumors at any site in male rats (DeAngelo et al., 1997), but in mice TCA induced a statistically significant increase in hepatoellular adenomas and carcinomas at high dose (0.5 g/L in drinking water) (DeAngelo et al., 2008).

Clients need to be aware that by using glycolic acid and other peeling products, your skin will be more photo-sensitive than normal. It is recommended that you use a sunscreen with an SPF of at least 15, preferably SPF 30 or higher, after using skin peel products. The FDA recommends using an SPF for one week post-peel.
