Retinol should be a staple in any good anti-aging regimen. It will help promote cell turnover, thus improving the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines.
Retinol is not an exfoliant. In fact, it’s a powerful antioxidant that diminishes the free radical process. Free radicals can break-down skin cells and cause the skin to wrinkle.
Retinol is not only an effective anti-aging ingredient, but it's also used to help control blemishes, fade dark spots, improve uneven skin tone, brighten dull skin, and impart a more youthful glow making you look more rejuvenated and refreshed.
Always use sunscreen, SPF 30 or higher, to help prevent UVA/UBV damage to the skin. The sun is the #1 cause of premature aging of the skin.
